The Impact of a Sedentary Lifestyle

Exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy body and mind. However, life gets in the way sometimes, and it’s easy to fall out of the habit of exercising. Lack of exercise can lead to decreased bone density, increasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures in old age. Sedentary lifestyles contribute to age-related muscle loss, making daily activities more difficult and reducing independence.
