Welcome to Nutrition With Sewa Ltd (“NWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our online services, including our website and personalized programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Personalized Program and One-Time Payment

NWS provides personalized programs to clients through a one-time payment scheme. All instructions provided are suggestions for clients to follow at their own discretion. We do not sell products or offer subscriptions.

3. No Medical Advice

NWS does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are for informational purposes only. Clients should consult with a qualified health professional before making any decisions related to their health.

4. User Registration and Information

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Personal Butler and Human Interaction

Upon joining the program, clients will be assigned a personal butler available 24/7 for support. NWS emphasizes a human touch, and all interactions are 100% human.

6. Feedback and Support

We encourage clients to provide feedback on their experience with the program and the team. Regular feedback sessions are scheduled, and clients can share their thoughts with their personal butler or head coach.

7. Program Adjustments and Extensions

Clients can discuss program adjustments with their head coach, who will guide them through the process based on their requirements. Program extensions can also be discussed to ensure continued support.

8. Security and Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Client information is safeguarded through encryption and secure servers, adhering to industry standards. Security measures are in place to protect personal information.

9. Refund Policy

While we strive for client satisfaction, individual experiences may vary. Refund policies will be outlined in the terms and conditions provided during onboarding.

10. Termination of the Program

Clients can pause/terminate their program due to unforeseen circumstances by informing their personal butler in advance. 

11. Modification of Terms

NWS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Services after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
